FEM Wallet Terms of Service

Welcome to FEM Wallet. By accessing or using the FEM Wallet app, website, browser extension, or related services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

FEM Wallet is a self-custody wallet. We do not hold your private keys, seed phrases, or recovery materials. Your wallet remains under your control.

1. Use of the Services

You may use FEM Wallet only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable law. You agree not to use the Services for unlawful activities, fraud, abuse, or malicious behavior.

2. Self-Custody

FEM Wallet is non-custodial. We do not custody your assets or manage your private keys. You are solely responsible for securing your wallet credentials, device security, and recovery phrase.

3. Blockchain Transactions

Transactions on supported blockchain networks are subject to network fees, confirmations, delays, and technical risks. We do not guarantee transaction execution or finality on any blockchain network.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• keeping your device and credentials secure
• maintaining secure backups of recovery information
• reviewing wallet addresses and transaction details before approving them
• understanding blockchain and digital asset risks

5. Third-Party Services

FEM Wallet may connect to third-party blockchain services, DApps, and external providers. We are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or the prevention of all technical disruptions.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use FEM Wallet in a way that:

• violates applicable laws or regulations
• interferes with or disrupts the platform
• attempts unauthorized access or abuse
• harms other users or threatens security

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FEM Wallet shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services, except where required by law.
