This is FEM Wallet’s informational help website. It provides support contact details, safety guidance, and legal notices. It does not itself access wallets or process blockchain transactions.

No. The Privacy Policy on this website describes this help website only. App users should be given a separate policy that accurately reflects the app’s data collection, SDKs, permissions, and service providers.

FEM is being built as a non-custodial wallet: users, rather than FEM, are intended to control their wallet keys and authorize transactions. Non-custodial does not by itself mean the app collects no technical data; consult the app’s own privacy notice for its actual practices.

Never send a recovery phrase, private key, wallet password, one-time code, or remote-access credentials. See the security guidance.

FEM is being built as a non-custodial wallet, so support should not need your recovery phrase or private key and cannot use this help website to access your wallet. Recovery options depend on the wallet’s actual setup. Confirmed blockchain transactions are generally difficult or impossible to reverse; check the relevant network and app guidance.
