FEM Swap Privacy Policy

Implementation note: This draft describes possible data flows for a swap interface, not verified FEM Swap practices. FEM Swap’s source code, deployed services, analytics, storage settings, and provider contracts were not available for review here. Uniswap’s linked privacy page did not expose its policy text during research, and Uniswap’s policy would not establish FEM’s practices in any case. The FEM Swap operator must verify actual details and update this notice before treating it as a final description of the live app.

This notice concerns the FEM Swap web interface at swap.femchain.online. It is separate from the FEM Wallet help website policy. The interface may let you connect a wallet, view token and pool information, request swap quotes, and submit transactions to a blockchain. A Uniswap V2 fork can be customized; the actual FEM Swap interface and network determine what happens.

1. Information and blockchain activity

Wallet and public chain information: If you connect a wallet, the interface and wallet provider may handle your public wallet address, selected network, token balances, and transaction or quote details to show the service. Wallet addresses and confirmed transactions are public on the relevant blockchain and may be difficult or impossible to remove.
Network requests: To load token, pool, price, or transaction data, the interface may contact blockchain node, RPC, indexing, or routing services. Those providers may receive technical request information, such as your IP address, along with wallet addresses or transaction data included in a request. Which providers FEM Swap uses must be confirmed against the live app.
Device and service logs: The website host and security providers may process connection and request information to deliver and protect the site. The operator should identify the live hosting provider and its applicable retention settings.
Support messages: If you email femwallet@gmail.com, the FEM project receives your email address and the message and attachments you choose to send. Do not include a recovery phrase, private key, password, or other wallet secret.

2. Cookies, analytics, and browser storage

The information available for this draft does not establish whether the FEM Swap app uses cookies, local or session storage, analytics, error reporting, advertising tools, or other SDKs. Those features and their purposes must be checked in the deployed app before publication. Your wallet provider may separately store data under its own settings and privacy terms.

3. Why information is used and who receives it

Information may be processed to display the interface, connect to your chosen wallet, retrieve quotes and blockchain data, prepare a transaction for your approval, maintain site security, and respond to support requests. Blockchain node, RPC, indexing, wallet, hosting, and other providers may process information when the interface or your wallet uses them. Their own privacy notices apply to their services.

FEM Swap’s actual provider list, any FEM-controlled analytics, and any data retained by the project have not been confirmed for this draft. The operator should list the providers and describe any sharing, international transfers, and retention periods that actually apply. Do not assume a Uniswap-branded provider or practice applies to this independent fork.

4. Retention and your choices

Public blockchain records are maintained by the network, not erased by changing this interface. Other retention periods depend on the app operator, its hosting and analytics configuration, wallet providers, and third-party services. Disconnecting a wallet stops the interface from using that connection going forward, but does not undo prior blockchain activity or necessarily clear information held by providers.

Depending on your location, privacy laws may give you rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain personal information. Contact femwallet@gmail.com with “FEM Swap Privacy Request” in the subject. Some public blockchain data cannot be changed or deleted by FEM.

5. Security and age

Use a trusted wallet and review every transaction in that wallet before approving it. FEM support will never need your recovery phrase or private key. The operator should confirm the age requirements applicable to the live service; do not use FEM Swap if you are not legally permitted to do so where you live.
