Protect your wallet and information

General safety practices for digital-asset users.

Keep recovery information private

  • Never share a recovery phrase or private key with support, a website, or another person.
  • Do not enter recovery information into a page reached from an unsolicited message.
  • Store recovery information securely and separately from devices or accounts that could be compromised.
  • Anyone who obtains your recovery information may be able to control the wallet; support should not ask you to send it.

Pause before approving

  • Check the destination address, network, amount, and requested permissions before approving a transaction or connection.
  • Be cautious with unexpected airdrops, urgent messages, investment promises, and requests to connect your wallet.
  • Use official software sources and verify links before entering credentials or connecting a wallet.
  • Read the full transaction or message request before signing. A signature can authorize an action even if it does not look like a typical transfer.

Watch for impersonation

Scammers may pretend to be wallet support through email, social media, search ads, or private messages. Start from the official FEM help website and use only contact details published here. Do not trust unsolicited requests to install remote-access software, share a recovery phrase, or send funds to “verify” or “unlock” a wallet.

Contact support safely

Use femwallet@gmail.com, the contact listed on this help website. You may share relevant error details and public transaction identifiers, but remove personal information from screenshots and never include wallet secrets.

This website cannot access a wallet, recover a recovery phrase, or reverse a transaction. For app-specific instructions, consult the documentation provided with the app.

Report a suspicious message or security issue

Do not reply with sensitive information or follow suspicious links. Send a short description to FEM support. Include public links or transaction hashes only when relevant and safe; never attach wallet secrets or credentials. FEM has not published a dedicated vulnerability-disclosure program or response-time commitment.
