Email femwallet@gmail.com and include “FEM Swap” in the subject. Describe what happened and, when relevant, include the network, app/browser version, and public transaction hash. Do not include personal information that is not needed to investigate the issue.
Keep your wallet safe
Support will never ask for your recovery phrase, private key, wallet password, one-time code, or remote access to your device. Anyone asking for these secrets is not legitimate support. Never approve a transaction just because someone claiming to be support tells you to.
Transaction and wallet limitations
Support cannot access your wallet, recover its secret keys, cancel a pending transaction, or reverse a confirmed blockchain transaction. For wallet connection issues, use the official help resources for your wallet provider. Verify that you are using the official FEM Swap address before connecting.
